Power Outage In Muskingum County

Some American Electric Power Customers in Muskingum County woke up in the dark Tuesday morning. A-E-P officials say equipment failure near Dresden around 6:00 a.m. knocked out service to about 250 customers. A-E-P says service is expected to be restored by 11:00 a.m.
