Lois June Kreis (June 17, 1930 – January 30, 2012)

Lois June Kreis, 81, of Zanesville, passed away at 9:00 PM Monday January 30, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital.
She was born June 17, 1930 in Zanesville the daughter of the late Leo and Anna Mae Abbott Sr. Lois was a Zanesville area resident all of her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching soap operas and Ohio State Football.
Lois is survived by her son: Stephen (Gloria) Kreis of Zanesville grandchildren: Jason (Christy) Kreis and Caroline Kreis, great grandchildren: Gracie Kreis and Ella Kreis and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband: Robert Kreis, brothers: Russell Abbott, Thurman Abbott and Leo Abbott Jr., sisters: Hilda Lang, Betty Mitchel, Deloris Thompson, Virginia Watton, Mary Gottke and Bobbie Abbott.
Following Lois’s wishes she will be cremated with no visitation. A graveside service will be held at Zanesville Memorial Park Friday February 3, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Herb Perry officiating.
