James “Skinny” Pletcher (January 27, 1944 – March 13, 2012)
JAMES “Skinny†W. PLETCHER SR., 68, of Zanesville, passed away at 7:45 am Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Good Samaritan Emergency Room.
Skinny was born in Zanesville the son of Mary Pletcher and the late Turk Pletcher. He worked at Essix Wire for several years and he was an avid guitar player and loved to sing country music with his family and friends.
Skinny is survived by his “Loving Wife of 50 Years†Mary Lou “Mommy†Pletcher whom he married July 28 1964; his mother Mary Louise Pletcher; his son James “Jimmy†Pletcher Jr; his daughters Elisa “Sissybug†Caldwell and Marla “Marty Kay†Cole; his brothers Buck, Larry, Eddie, Dixie, David, Jodi and Mikey; his sisters Hazel, Shirley and Brenda; his grandchildren Brittany, Bricklyn and Christopher “Little Hank†Caldwell, Lakin Pletcher and Shanda Rush; great grandchildren Raydin, Aaliyah, Khilynn and Reagan and his step grand-children Rosanne, Sam, Christina and Amanda; he is also survived by son in laws Kevin Caldwell and Bill Cole.
In addition to his father, Skinny is preceded in death by his brother Bill.
In keeping with Skinny’s wishes, his body will be cremated and the family will hold a private service. He will be loved and missed by his friends and family.
