Lucille K. Bollerer (March 28, 1917 – May 3, 2012)

Lucille K. Bollerer, 95, of Zanesville, passed away at 3:15 AM on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the Helen Purcell Home.
Lucille was born March 28, 1917 in Lexington, Ohio, to the late Fred Durbin and Evah Schindler Durbin, the oldest of their five children. She was a very active member of First Christian Church in Zanesville for more than 57 years. She was also a member of the Bethesda Guild for 25 year; she was an elegant lady who loved her flowers, her family and her God.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Grizzard of Zanesville; and son, Frederick (Susan) Bollerer of Great Falls, VA.; five grandchildren, Leisa Ann Graham, Gail (Robert) McGee, Andrew Scott (Deborah) Graham, Matthew David Graham and Christopher (Beth) Bollerer; nine great-grandchildren: Graham Michael McGee, Megan McGee, Michelle McGee, Taylor Graham, Heather (Corey) Mason, Heidi Ashbaugh, Jay Ashbaugh, Mia Bollerer and Owen Bollerer; also a very special young man, Max Rednal from Haiti, Great-Great Grandmother of Alexis Marie Mason and Andrew William Mason.
In addition to her parents Lucille is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Alfred Julius Bollerer who passed away August 5, 2006. Her Siblings: Marlin Durbin, Ruth Mayer, Mildred Palmer and Jerry Huntsman.
The family is being served by the BRYAN & SNIDER FUNERAL HOME 2318 Maple Ave. where friends may call Sunday, May 6, 2012 from 4 to 7 p.m. There will also be a viewing from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 7, 2012 at First Christian Church, 3000 Dresden Road, Zanesville with Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. Interment will be at Zanesville Memorial Park at a later date.
