Gary Lee “Peck” Minner (May 19, 1936 – February 10, 2014)

Gary Lee “Peck” Minner, 77, of Zanesville passed away on Monday, February 10, 2014 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House.
Gary was born in Adamsville, Ohio on May 19, 1936 to the late Ernest Dwight and Clarabelle Mount Minner. Gary retired from Peabody Coal and R.F. Scurlock Company.
He is survived by a son Bill (Berneice) Minner of Nashport, a daughter Rhonda (Phil) Randall of Reynoldsburg, a brother Dwight Minner of Dresden, a sister Martha Rose Abele of Newark. Four grandchildren: Christopher (Chanel) Minner, Joshua (Jessica) Minner, Ryan Pope, and Tawnia Pope. Six Great-Grandchildren: Caleb Minner, Zane Minner, Peyton Minner, Logan Minner, Abbie Minner, and Ian Pope.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Thelma Minner who passed away on February 18, 2012 and a brother Wendell Minner.
Calling hours will be 2-4 & 6-8 on Thursday February 13, 2014 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Friday in the Snouffer Chapel. Burial will follow in Prospect Methodist Church Cemetery.
