Vera Elizabeth Rapp (March 22, 1926 – October 29, 2014)

ZANESVILLE
Vera Elizabeth Rapp, 88 of Zanesville passed away on Wednesday October 29, 2014 at Willow Haven Care Center.
Vera was born on March 22, 1926 in Zanesville to the late Paul and Jean Guss Parsons. She retired from Banc Ohio after 30 years. She was a member of Central Trinity United Methodist Church. Her and her late husband Richard “Bud” Rapp who passed away on January 8, 2002 were very involved in Order of Eastern Star #52 where she served as Matron and he as Patron, they also enjoyed traveling to Arizona for the winter, western square dancing, boating, fishing, and euchre.
She is survived by a brother Paul (Martha) Parsons of California, two sister in laws Barbara Parsons of Zanesville and Phyllis Buchanon of Zanesville, several nieces and nephews, and her good friends Mark (Nancy) Hendrickson of Roseville.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a sister Shirley Mendenhall and two brothers John and Frederick Parsons.
Vera has requested no calling hours and she chose cremation.
