OBIT FOR: ELEANOR M. WILLIAMS , 69
Eleanor M. Williams, 69 of Zanesville died at 4:50 PM Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Willow Haven Care Center following a five month courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on December 11, 1944 in Zanesville the daughter of Joseph W. and Margaret E. (Crawford) Snack.
Eleanor was a loving wife to Frank L. Williams Sr. whom she married on October 19, 1963. Together they owned and operated Williams Motor Sales. Her hobbies included spoiling her grandchildren, walking at the mall, talking and having dinner with friends and shopping.
Eleanor was an exceptional mother to her son Frank Jr. and daughter Jodi (Eric) Arnold, as well as special family friend, Lorrie Todd-Roberts. She was a caring mamaw to Kyle and Kole Williams as well as Emma and Evan Arnold. In addition to her husband, children & grandchildren she is also survived by her sister Norma Jardine and her brother Larry Snack. Eleanor was loved by many friends including Phyllis Lyons and Elva Franklin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Steve and Karl Snack and her eldest daughter Kellie.
Visitation will be held from 2-4pm & 6-8pm on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, December 01, 2014 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. Burial will conclude at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
