Karen Lou Rutter (March 29, 1942 – January 1, 2015)

Karen Lou Rutter, 71, of Zanesville, passed away Thursday, January 1, 2015. Karen was born March 29, 1943 in Cumberland, OH to John and Virginia Dawson. She was employed by NCR for 28 years and Wal-Mart after that.
Karen is survived by her husband, Carl “Dick” Rutter, daughter Carlyn “Shelly” (Jerry) “JD” Davis of Zanesville and two grandchildren Kyle (Jennifer) Davis and Tyler Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-mother Jenny Dawson.
Karen enjoyed spending time with her family, receiving calls from her family and asking how their day was, playing video games and her kitties.
