Hugh Lonnie Powell (July 21, 1938 – August 19, 2015)

Hugh Lonnie Powell, 77 of Quaker City died at 1:35 AM Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the Heartland of Fairfield in Pleasantville.
He was born on July 21, 1938 in Monroe County the son of Howard and Mildred (Farnsworth) Powell.
Hugh was a employed most of his life in rock quarries or factories. He enjoyed hunting, fishing & bluegrass music.
Hugh is survived by a sister, Hazel Cornell of Zanesville, several nieces & nephews, including Roy Stotts of Zanesville. He was preceded in death by his parents & ten siblings.
Visitation will be held from 11 am to 1pm Friday August 21st at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with Funeral services to begin at 1pm. Burial will conclude at the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, Mt. Zion Hill Rd. Nobel County near Quaker City.
