Charles R. “Bob” Parker (May 31, 1941 – September 16, 2015)

Charles R. “Bob” Parker, 74 of Hopewell passed away September 16, 2015 at his home. He was born May 31, 1941 in Nebraska a son of the late Glenn Curtis and Harriet Hagerty Parker.
He owned and operated Parker’s Quality Pest Control in Englewood, FL and most recently worked at Sears and Lowes in Zanesville. He loved horses and was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association.
He is survived by one son Robert Glenn Parker; three daughters Holly Jo Wahl, Suzy Every and Lora Parker; one brother Jim Parker and one sister Pat Denhart; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; and the mother of his children Helen Parker.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sherry Ann Parker on August 10, 2015; one brother Richard Parker and one grandson Robby Parker.
Calling hours will be held on Monday September 21, 2015 from 6-8 pm at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. At the conclusion of calling hours at 8pm, services will be held for both Bob and his wife Sherry with Rev. Chuck Norris officiating.
