John Wesley Doyle Jr., 54 of Philo passed away January 8, 2016 at Genesis Hospital. He was born May 29, 1961 in Zanesville a son of the late John Washington and Virginia Paynter Doyle. He was a carpenter and served our country and protected our freedoms while serving in the United States Navy.
Survived by his wife Dianna Martin Doyle; two children Jonathon and Chawntilly; one brother Gary (Susan) Wickham; three sisters Pauline Harris, Brenda (Henry) Yester and Kathy (John) Hillis; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Joann Wickham.
Calling hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 Wednesday January 13, 2016 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held 11:00a.m., Thursday January 14, 2016 in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor William Blair officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery Sonora. Military graveside rites by George Selsam VFW and American Legion Post 29.
