Zanesville Teens Appear In Court
Zanesville Police say two teenagers arrested early Tuesday morning have been charged in connection with breaking into cars on Blue Avenue. Zanesville Municipal Court officials say 18-year-old Ryan Bobb of Zanesville appeared in court was found guilty on one count of receiving stolen property and underage drinking. Judge Bill Joseph gave Bobb – on the stolen property charge – 60 days in jail – 30 of which was suspended and a 300 dollar fine. He must also pay restitution within six months. On the drinking charge he was fined 100 dollars and given 10 days in jail, which was suspended. The other teenager, 19-year-old Justin Bice, also of Zanesville is facing multiple charges including operating a vehicle under the influence, receiving stolen property and underage consumption. Court officials say Bice entered a plea of not guilty and a court hearing was set for February 24th.
