Water Main Break on Maple Avenue

A water main break is disrupting traffic on Maple Avenue near Donald’s Donuts.

One of the northbound lanes is closed between Wabash and Princeton Avenues.  City water crews have been on the scene since about 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Maintenance worker Chad Waltz said it should take several hours to dig up the road and repair the break.

No boil advisories have been issued so far.
