Zanesville Accidents Sends Multiple People to Hospital

The Zanesville Police Department says up to six people were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital after a two car accident.

It happened around 5:45 p.m. in an alley between Pine and Sevall Streets.

Lieutenant Tony Coury says the Buick was traveling south in the ally when it struck the Saturn in the driver’s side that was traveling east in the ally. He says there was major damage to both cars and up to six people were transported with non life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
