Dresden Man Sentenced For Vehicular Manslaughter

A 20-year-old Dresden man was sentenced Friday in connection with a fatal accident in March of 2010. Muskingum County Court officials say 20-year-old Zakery McCloud went before Judge Jay Vinsel this morning and received 90 days of house arrest and a two year license suspension. McCloud was charged with vehicular manslaughter in the death of 13-year-old Alison Clark of Dresden. Clark was a passenger in a car driven by 37-year-old Amy Caplinger, also of Dresden.
