No Nonsense Approach To The Paranormal

The first ever Great Appalachian Spook Show was held this weekend at the Twin City Opera House in McConnelsville.

Best selling Author Andrea Von Dean Scoyoc traveled in from Florida to speak about her experiences with the paranormal. She encourages a no nonsense approach to investigating.

"Once you put the idea there, whether or not its there, people are going to hear it, they’re going to see it, they’re going to feel it, they’re going to smell it and then the paranormal or the investigation that you’re on loses all credibility," said Von Dean Scoyoc.

She said many question how credibly the paranormal community actually is.

"You have to have skepticism, you can’t jump at every noise, you can’t lie and engage in theatrics because then people are going to laugh at you and for me my word and my dignity and my honor is everything," said the Author and Investigator.
