Burned Body In Morgan County Identified

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday indentified the man found burned to death last Thursday in Union Township. Sheriff Tom Jenkins says the man is 24-year-old Phillip Lawrence Kimbro Jr. The Sheriff says he is a black male and his last known address in 2011 was 2501 Homewood Drive in Lorain. A Sheriff’s Department press release indicates Kimbro had an extensive criminal record. The incident remains under investigation and no other information was released.
