UPDATE: Amber Alert Issued

UPDATE:  It is now being reported that the child has been found safe.

An Amber Alert has been issued in Ohio for a missing three-year-old boy who police say is with his non-custodial mother.

The Columbus Division of Police said three-year-old Maurice Green was taken by his non-custodial mother, Brandy J. Davis in a small, white four door sedan.  Police believe the child is in danger.

Green is described as a 3’0" black male weighing 45 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, and black / orange shoes.

Davis is described as a 5’8" biracial female weighing 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.  She is 22-years-old, and her hair may be a red – orange color.  

The boy is missing from the north side of Columbus.  You are asked to contact the Columbus Police Missing Persons Unit at 614-645-4494 with any information.
