Zanesville Man Pleads Not Guilty to Rape

A former Muskingum County most wanted suspect appeared in court Wednesday. 37-year-old Elmer Dewitt Harvey Junior of Zanesville is facing four counts of rape and one count of kidnapping. During his arraignment Harvey pled not guilty. Common Pleas Judge Fleegle continued Harvey’s bond at one-million dollars. He is being held in the Muskingum County Jail.
