A new big toy opens in South Zanesville’s Village Park this weekend

SOUTH ZANESVILLE, Ohio – South Zanesville is inviting the community to check out improvements to the village park. They started with a dog park and a walking track but village councilman Paul Lowe invites the community to the unveiling of the newest addition.
“So we’re going to…invite everyone to come out to the village park. Saturday morning. This Saturday, the 20th of September to help us celebrate the opening of the new big toy in South Zanesville Village Park and the slide. And also, we have other apparatus’ already bought and on sight,” Lowe said. “We’re going to be putting up keep expansion going. We want to thank everyone that’s contributed to this and helped us. Especially the [J.W. and M.H.] Straker [Charitable] Foundation for their generous grant and also the Sidwell [Materials Inc.] and also the Shelly and Sands. They really helped us out and we appreciate everyone. ”
The unveiling of the new big toy is set to start at 10 a.m.
