Accident Causes Scare to Zanesville Building
A woman is taken to Good Samaritan Hospital after an accident on West Main Street.
It happened around 12:15 p.m. near Pine Street, right in front of Jim’s Auto Top.
Zanesville Fire Chief, Dave Lacy, says the woman was traveling west when she went left of center, crossed the eastbound lane, crashed into a ceramic planter, and ended up on the sidewalk. He says the car was about 12-inches from striking the building.
The accident caused damage to the front end of the car.
Lacy says the woman seems to have suffered from a medical condition and was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
