Accused Purse Snatcher Pleads Not Guilty

A Zanesville man charged in connection with a purse snatching incident says he is not guilty. 24-year-old Frank Mihelich Jr. is charged with one count of robbery and two counts of theft in connection with a January 11th incident at the Pick N’ Save on Howard Street where two female victims were injured. Muskingum County Common Pleas Judge Kelly Cottrill continued the defendants bond at $200,000.
