An Amber Alert has been issued statewide by the Fulton County Sheriffs Office.

Be on the lookout for an abducted child. On March 14, 2017, at 5:09 AM, a child was taken by the father. Unknown direction of travel. The vehicle is a 2006 Black Chrysler Town and Country van. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
The incident took place in Fulton County, Oh at 901 Fernwood in the city of Delta, 43515.
The child’s name is Winston Ramey and the individual is missing. The child is a white male, 10 months old with brown hair and brown eyes.
The suspect’s name is James Christopher Ramey. The suspect is a white male, age 27, weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
