An Accident Leaves One Man in Serious Condition
ZANESVILLE,Ohio- An accident that leaves one man in serious condition.
This happened just after 1:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. Zanesville Police Department Lieutenant Bill Shaw said the male pedestrian tried to cross Adair Avenue, he did not use a cross walk or traffic signals. Witnesses say the pedestrian jumped from the curb and out into traffic when he was struck. Officials have not released the male’s name yet. Â Shaw says the driver of the vehicle will not face any charges. Shaw said speed was not a factor in this accident. Assisting on the scene was Zanesville Police Department, Zanesville Fire Department, and Community Ambulance.
