A local dance studio is hoping to bring a little Christmas cheer to our service men and women oversees.
Melissa Marie School of Dance is gearing up for its annual Christmas program dedicated to our nation’s heroes. “An All American Christmas” will be back in Zanesville this December at Secrest Auditorium. “We put on this show, just to let everyone in our community relax and start to enjoy the actual holiday, holiday season, and kind of put into perspective what we’re thankful for, and we all are thankful for our nation,” Moore said.
Tickets are just $13 and can be purchased at the Secrest Auditorium box office on Shinnick Street, or online at tickeleap.com The show isn’t just dancing, Moore told us there will be vocal performances, as well as, a ventriloquist act.
“It’s Mackenzie Bart, she was Miss Ohio 2014, so she’s a community favorite and she’s actually now a celebrity,” Moore said.
