Anthony Wollangur,

Anthony Thomas Wollangur, III, 82 of Thornville, died 10:25 AM, Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at his home following a sudden illness. He was born Saturday, November 13, 1943, in Zanesville, the son of Anthony Thomas Wollangur, II, and Dorotha (Ribble) Wollangur.

Tony was a mechanic and welder in the Oil Fields for many years. He enjoyed working on cars and restoring them. He was an avid gardener and loved to work in the yard.

Tony is survived by many close and special friends including, Stephanie & Daniel Myers .

In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Thomas Wollangur, VI; and a very special longtime friend, Lois E. Hill.
