Area Athletes Shine In District Track & Field Championships

The area’s best track and field athletes suited up for a chance to advance to regional tournament this afternoon, and what a day it was for the Tri-Valley Dawgs.  The 4×100 team (Bryce Goss, Colin Slaboden, Marcus Hawkins, Jordan Jones) set an MVL record with a time 43.02 secons.  Jones also qualified in the 200-meter dash while Hawkins made the cut in the 400.
