Area Man Sentenced On Rape Charge
A Nashport man is sentenced Monday on sex charges. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says that 50-year-old Patrick Curry plead guilty to one count of rape before visiting Common Please Judge Linton Lewis. Curry waived his pre-sentence investigation and received 10 years in prison. He also was classified as a Tier III Sex Offender subject to registration every 90 days for life. The Prosecutor’s Office says a charge of gross sexual imposition and attempted kidnapping were dismissed at sentencing.
