Area Teams to Host First Round Playoff Games

Earlier this afternoon the OHSAA released their official final rankings for football teams in the state of Ohio. That means the playoffs are now set and here are the pairings for the first round of the High School Playoffs:

Division II Region 5:

St. Charles (7-2) at Zanesville (10-0) at Sulsberger Stadium

Division III Region 9:

New Philadelphia (9-1) at Tri-Valley (8-2) at Jack Anderson Stadium Dover (7-3) at Marion Franklin (9-1)

Division IV Region 13:

Steubenville (6-4) at Licking Valley (8-2) at Randy Baughman Stadium

Bexley (7-3) at Maysville (7-3) at Maysville Athletic Complex

John Glenn (7-3) at Philo (8-2) at Sam Hattfield Stadium

Division VI Region 21:

Bellaire (7-3) at Newark Catholic (9-1) at White

Field Fort Frye (8-2) at Valley (10-0)

Division VII Region 25:

Beallsville (6-4) at Trimble (10-0) at Glouster Memorial Stadium*

Caldwell (8-2) at Malvern (8-2)at Hornet Field*
