Arrests made in Subdivision Burglaries

Two people are under arrest in connection to several burglaries in the Beachwood Trails subdivision in Pataskala.

The Licking County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old William Friedlinghaus and 19-year-old Brook Stewart were placed under arrest Wednesday after an anonymous tip. According to a sheriff’s report both admitted involvement.

Authorities say from early April to May 20th seven burglaries were reported in the subdivision. All took place during daylight hours with electronics, jewelry, gun and other valuables taken.

Some of the property has been recovered and multiple other items are being tracked. The investigation is ongoing. Their case goes before a grand jury June 3rd.
