AT&T makes a donation to Zane State College. Thursday the company presented a 5-thousand dollar contribution to the college’s Quick-Start program. It’s a free, eight week course designed to help first generation, underserved high school students and GED graduates overcome their initial reservations and concerns about enrolling in college. Dr. Chad Brown says “QuickStart is about reaching those high school students or adults who think that college is not form them or that they might not be able to handle college-level coursework. “The College wants to show them what’s possible for their futures. “We appreciate AT&T’s contribution to this worthwhile program.”
