August Unemployment Figures Released

The latest unemployment figures have been released for our area.

Morgan county leads our region with the highest jobless rate for August at 15.7 %, Noble County’s unemployment figure dropped a percentage point from July to15 %.

Perry County’s jobless rate checks in at 13.8 %, next is Coshocton County at 13.7 %, Muskingum County’s jobless rate for the month of August dropped slightly to 12.3 %, Guernsey County has a jobless rate of 11.8% and finally Licking County has the lowest unemployment rate in our area at 9.4 %.
