Barbara Bowers

Barbara A. Bowers, 84, of Granville, formerly of Nashport, Ohio passed away on February 9, 2024. Born October 24, 1939, to Carolyn (Kinzer) and Joseph Sentivany, Barbara was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker.

Barbara is survived by her children Courtney Bowers, Paula (Michael) Sawyers, and Katrina (David) Shockey; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Rose, and Noah; her siblings Joseph Sentivany Jr., Mary Bonifield, Sandra Shepherd, Susan MacKenzie, and Debbie Damon.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Clermont “Monty”, her parents, and her brother James Sentivany.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. at Bryan and Hardwick Funeral Home, 2318 Maple Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio 43701. A Christian funeral service will take place immediately following visitation with interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
