ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The 8th annual Beers for Boobs fundraiser will be held this Saturday at Weasel Boy Brewing Company.

This event has raised close to $10,000 to help support breast cancer research.

“We do raffles and a silent auction,” Weasel Boy Brewing Co., Owner, Lori Wince said. ” We have live music. A lot of the prizes for the raffle and the silent auction are donated by local folks. We have lot of interesting items that would be available.”

The event begins at 7 p.m. and in addition to the music, silent, auction, and raffles, Weasel Boy will be selling merchandise with the “Beer for Boobs” logo as well. This year’s featured brewery tap is called Tickle Me Pink.

“Pink IPA. India Pale Ale. It’s a bitter style of beer. I used Saskatoon berry, which is a Michigan fruit to color it pink. It should have an interesting favor. A little bit of a pink hue to it,” Wince said.

Wince said to date, they’ve raise about $40,000 for breast cancer research.
