BETTY JUNE WILLIAMS (April 19, 1922 – December 12, 2011)

BETTY JUNE WILLIAMS, 89 of Rockville Road, Blue Rock, passed away 7:30 pm Sunday December 11, 2011 at the Muskingum County Home.

Betty was born in Zanesville on April 19, 1922 the daughter of the late Hiram and Faye (Ribble) Stutes.

She worked for Clem’s Country Store and Green Acres Store in Gaysport and she was a member of the Gaysport United Methodist Church.

Betty is survived by her three sons Gary (Leslie) Williams of Philo, Stephen (Julie) Williams of Chandlersville and Randy (Melanie) Williams of Chandlersville; a brother Hiram Stutes Jr. of Rio Grande; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband Russell J. Williams who passed away April 21, 1987; two brothers Jack and Marvin Stutes and a sister Norma Dickson.

Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Wednesday December 14, 2011 at the Thompson-Farus Funeral Home, Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 11 am Thursday with Rev. Bill Abrams officiating. Burial will follow in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
