Beverly (Welsh) Cinquepalmi, 87, of New Lexington, passed away peacefully at her residence, Monday December 30, 2024, with her loyal K9 Companion, Jennie, on her lap. She was born January 27, 1937, to the late Otis and Evelyn (Clawson) Sidwell. Beverly was a proud member of the Crooksville High School class of 1954 and never missed a chance to attend a class reunion. She spent most of her life residing in Perry County and was proud of her roots in Sayre. Beverly was a member of Order of the Eastern Star- Olive Branch #201 of Duncan Falls. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, camping and boating with her late husband Gene. Beverly is survived by grandsons David Welsh and Bruce (Amy) Welsh, Donnie ( Jessica) Welsh and Trevor ( Jennifer) Welsh, granddaughters Kylene (Tiko) Thomas and Ashli Smith; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sisters, Marilyn Milner and Mary Russell; brother, Randy (Rita) Sidwell; daughter-in-law, Linda Pennington and not to be forgotten, her “baby”, dog Jennie who never left her side. In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her husbands, Gene Welsh, whom she married in 1952 and Marvin Cinquepalmi, whom she married in 2009; sons, Jerry Welsh and Timothy Welsh, daughter Karen Claypool, grandson Juran Smith, brothers Robert, Charles and Gary Sidwell; sisters Ardith Breese, Janie Pickrell, Regina Thomas and Arlene Dawkins. The family would like to thank Fairhope Hospice for their wonderful care of Beverly, especially nurse Becky and caregivers Rachel and Nina, Vanessa at Ross-Frash Funeral Home for going above and beyond to help make Beverly’s arrangements. Calling hours will be held Monday January 6, 2025, from 4pm -6pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 207 Burley Street, Crooksville, where Eastern Star services will be provided by Olive Branch #201 beginning at 6pm. Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 7, 202,5 at 2pm with Pastor Mary Perani officiating and she will be laid to rest at Zion Cemetery, Porterville, next to her husband Gene and son Jerry.
