Bo Daniel Fluharty (June 15, 1993 – February 8, 2012)

Bo Daniel Fluharty, 18 of Philo passed away at Genesis Good Samaritan Emergency Room on Wednesday February 8, 2012 surrounded by his family.
Bo was born in Zanesville on June 15, 1993 to Charles E. and Carla J. Clapper Fluharty. Bo graduated from High School in 2011. He then enrolled at Zane State College in the fall of 2011, majoring in Computer Programming.
Bo had been with the Police Athletic League for 4 years and thoroughly enjoyed his passion for boxing. He loved being an uncle to his brother’s two children, Alyssa J. and Austin C. Fluharty and enjoyed cooking and eating meals with them when they visited. Bo had a new buddy, a 11 week old puppy named “Tyson” who already misses him.
Bo is survived by his parents, a brother Shane C. Fluharty of Philo, his niece and nephew, great grandparents, Della Nolan of Zanesville, Opal Clapper of New Concord; grandparents Steve and Connie Embrey of Nashport, and Eloise Fluharty of Zanesville; aunts and uncles Kelli (Chris) Roberts of Zanesville, Kim Clapper of Frazeysburg, Craig Clapper of Groveport, Debbie (Bud) Angles, Nancy Dennis and Mike Besser, Fred (Cordia) Fluharty all of Zanesville, David (Debbie) Fluharty of Kentucky, Renea Scercey, the mother of Bo’s Niece and Nephew and a “Sister” to him and lots of friends.
He was preceded in death by his great grandfather Donald Clapper and Grandfather Fred Fluharty Sr.
Calling hours will be 2-4 and 6-8 on Monday February 13, 2012 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 W. MILITARY RD. ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 1pm Tuesday February 14, 2012 in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Aaron Bounds officiating. Burial will follow in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
