Body Found in Perry County

The search is over in Perry County after a reported drowning over the weekend. Emergency crews found the body of a man Sunday in a large pond at the Scenic Trails Recreation area. The Perry County Sheriff’s Office says they were alerted to the issue Saturday and spent two days searching for the male victim. He was found Sunday morning around 11:30. Authorities have not released the name of the man.
