Boil Advisory Lifted in Philo
The boil advisory for the Village of Philo has been cancelled. Water Department Superintendent Bob Pletcher made the announcement Friday morning. Earlier this week customers on Spring Street from 5th to Clark, Clark Street from Spring to Fattler Ridge Road and Harris street were affected. Pletcher says everything is now back to normal.
