Bonnie Seckman

Bonnie Jean Seckman, age 83 of Cambridge, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born on June 27, 1942 in Glencoe, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles H. Hall and Helen B. (Baker) Hall.
Mrs. Seckman was a graduate of St. Clairsville High School. She had worked in the UAW for Chrysler Daimler in St. Louis, Missouri and retired from Ford. She was a member of the East Union Presbyterian Church and enjoyed knitting and sewing. She loved her cats, especially Sissy.
Bonnie is preceded in death by: her husband Bob Seckman; a son Jeffrey Cowden; her siblings, Joseph “Buzz” Hall, Russell “Bud” Hall, Delores Hall, Hazel Floyd, and Adda Boughner.
She is survived by; son John L. Seckman, his son Jerod (& wife Melanie) and family Aubrey, Freya and Daemon; four nieces, Joyce Holdren, Jeannie Cooper, Becky Mozena, and Sherry Chivarelli; six nephews, Jack Hall, Gary Hall, Jeff Cowden (and his son, Elijah), Chuck Hall, Steve Hall, and Daryl Hall; a great-niece, Lori Beth Holdren; three great-nephews, Dave (Lori) Holdren, Dan (Tracie) Holdren, and Doug Holdren; eight great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews, Lillie Scott, Morgan Holdren, Brenden Holdren, Derek Holdren, Terry “Bear”Holdren, Cody Smith, Nicholas Tarvin-Holdren, and Cody Mozena; and sister-in-laws, Janice Hall and Wilma Hall.
A memorial service will be held at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11 am with Pastor Bob Baier officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery on Claysville Road. Bonnie’s online guest book and tribute wall may be viewed and signed at www.bundy-lawfuneralhome.com.
