Brittany Batross

Brittany “BB” Lee Batross, 33, passed away unexpectedly on October 12, 2026.

Brittany was born on December 28, 1992. She is a 2011 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. She attended Bethany College and is a 2015 graduate of Muskingum University. Brittany was an elite soccer player and enjoyed sharing her expertise by coaching the community’s youth. She was also passionate about Gus Macker, co-ed softball, and Pensacola, Florida.

Brittany was an avid Green Bay Packers, Ohio State University, and Columbus Crew fan. She preferred animals over humans, and her dogs Macey, Jordy, and Pinoe were her entire world. She will be remembered not for her darkest moments, but for her bright smile, vibrant personality, strong will, witty humor, and golden soul.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by her parents: Leann Beers-Batross, Jamie Wisecarver, and Greg Batross Jr.; grandparents: Sandra Beers, Greg and Suzann Batross Sr., and Bill Beers; step-sister Destiny Wisecarver; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, including her “little buddy,” Austin (Tess) Beers, and special Uncle Lee (Michelle) Beers. In addition, left to treasure her memory is her built-in best friend and little sister, Lacey (Baylee) Caudill.

She is reunited with her childhood best friend, Laney Garey (Wilson) and her soul dogs, Mason and Sadie.
