Buggy Accident Injures Five
Five Amish children are injured during a horse and buggy accident in Coshocton County.
The sheriff’s office said the call came in just after 5:30 Thursday afternoon at a residence at 24429 Township Road 113.
Deputies said it was determined that the horse got scared and rolled the buggy over injuring the children.
A one-year-old child was flown to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus. A six, eight and 11-year-old females were taken to Joel Pomerence Hospital.
The condition of the children is unknown at this time.
Assisting at the scene was Air Evac, Coshocton County EMS and Walhounding Valley Fire.
