Bunting Property Struck Again by Vehicle
It has happened again. A Zanesville man had another rude awakening Wednesday morning after a vehicle just about slammed into his home. It happened around 2:45 am at 2401 Dresden Road. Owner Scott Bunting told WHIZ News in September that his home had been struck four times. This morning was the 5th. Zanesville Police say the vehicle slammed into two boulders Bunting had placed in his front yard and it missed his home by an inch. Bunting has been battling with the city to get a safety barrier or guardrail, but the city instead placed traffic signs in his yard that were later removed. Police say the driver of the vehicle will face multiple charges including operating a vehicle under the influence.
