Burning Plastic Odor in Perry County

The Perry County Emergency Management Agency says it investigated the strong odor of burning plastic and determined it’s coming from another state. The E-M-A says there was a large warehouse fire in Parkersburg, West Virginia and that is where the smell is originating. The National Weather Service says the winds are blowing from the southeast and the smell should be gone by 5 p.m. Monday.
