C.A.S.S. Camp Putting on Concert
Support a local organization that is going global.
The C.A.A.S. Camp is inviting the public to attend a concert Friday night at 7 p.m. at the Grace Methodist Church in Zanesville.
"We’ll have all types of genres. We’ll have classical, there will be gospel. We’ll have all your favorite standard ballads and there’s a variety of performances so it’s going to be lots of fun," says Cassandra McDonald, CEO of C.A.S.S. Camp.
The group is working to raise funds to attend the Pavarotti School of Arts in Guatemala. Friday night, they will be collecting supplies as admission to take to Guatemalan children.
"We didn’t just want to go to Guatemala and bring ourselves. We wanted to come bearing gifts and they’re very poor so we want school supplies and of course we’ll take monetary donations as well. But primarily we just want you to come bring something to share," says McDonald.
Again, the concert begins Friday night at 7 p.m. at the Grace Methodist Church.
