Carol Rohrbaugh

Carol Lee Rohrbaugh age 79, of Caldwell, OH passed away Monday, June 2, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 20, 1945 in Caldwell, OH daughter of the late Loyal “Pete” and Pearl Boyd Craft.

She was a member of the Caldwell Church of Christ, where she also served as treasurer. Carol worked at Roby’s Restaurant prior to purchasing it in 1971 and renaming it Carol’s Restaurant. Following the sale of the restaurant she spent many years caring for young children in her home. All told she offered love and guidance to over 60 children over the years. In her free time, Carol could be found reading, working a cross-word puzzle or working in her flowers.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings Leora Michel, Doris Barlock, Benson Craft, Bill Craft, Lynn Foraker, and Thomas Craft.

Those left to cherish her memory, are her husband Rodney L. Rohrbaugh, whom she married July 25, 1970; daughter Lora (Jim) Perkins of Caldwell, OH; granddaughters Josie and Emma Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will observe a private graveside service at Sharon Cemetery, with Pastor Kris Bright officiating.
