Catching up with Columbus! Season Ticket Holders Meet Crew Players
COLUMBUS, OH – The Columbus Crew made their way over to ‘COSI in Columbus’ on Wednesday evening and they weren’t alone.
The Crew’s best were joined by thousands of season ticket holders who descended on the museum for a meet and greet with their favorite players.
The team created everlasting memories for all fans involved in downtown Columbus, especially the kids, all of whom enjoyed moments that they will never forget.
“I think it’s really important and you want to recognize all of our fans, parents who are paying for the kids to come. But it’s also inspirational for these kids who are seeing some of their idols and players that hopefully they may become at some point” says Director of Player Engagement and former Crew player Dante Washington.
“The more season ticket members you have, the better, obviously, and you want to make sure that you are having a good representation of the community. Our season ticket members are the lifeblood, along with other fans, of the team and of the city.”
After a road trip on Saturday to Toronto, Crew fans can catch the team back at Lower.com field on Saturday, August 23rd, against the New England Revolution.
