Chad Englehart

Chad Jason Englehart, 48, of Zanesville passed at 2:20 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the Genesis Hospital CCU.
He was born on Thursday, December 29, 1977, in Zanesville, Ohio, the son of the late Edward F. “Ned” Englehart and Marilyn Louise Nicol Englehart.

Chad graduated from Rosecrans High School, class of 1995. He loved to feel free riding his motorcycle, boating on the river and being in Florida. He enjoyed watching football and most of all, spending time with his grandson.

He is survived by a daughter, Olivia (Adam) Henderhan; a grandson, Theodore Henderhan; three siblings, Lynn (Paul) Dunn, Kim (Mark) Moyer and Mark (Jodie) Englehart; mother of his daughter, Sandy Rawahneh; and many nieces and nephews.

Chad was preceded in death by his parents.

Per Chad’s wishes, a cremation has taken place and a visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home.
