Chamber of Commerce now accepting 2018 A.C.E.S nominations

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The Zanesville- Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for their annual “Aces “ awards.

The upcoming awards will serve as a way of honoring local businesses for their growth and expansion.

“The Aces awards, A.C.E.S is an acronym for the awards for community and economic success. We ask our members to nominate themselves if they have made improvement in their facilities, if they’ve added on, if they’ve bought new equipment, if they’ve bought a new fleet of vehicles. Then we talk about those things at the upcoming spring break awards,” said Chamber of Commerce President, Dana Matz.

President Matz said the goal of the Aces awards is for local businesses to know they’re supported.  

“Now the nice thing is, if you’re a business in this community that is not a chamber member, you can nominate yourself. It’s a nice way for the business people that are making investments in their businesses to be recognized and let them know, we support them,” Said Matz.
