Chapel Hill Road Fire Ruled Arson

The State Fire Marshals Office ruled a blaze on Chapel Hill Rd. in late February arson.

Now the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information that leads to an arrest in the case.

The South Zanesville Fire Department responded to the blaze February 28 and discovered a mobile home fully engulfed in flames. The residence was unoccupied at the time. It was considered a total loss.
